WINES WORTHY OF ONE OF THE BIGGEST CELEBRATIONS EVERY YEAR

Papa Knoll's is one of the oldest blocks Buehler farms and is the only dry-farm block on their Estate.  The 3-acre block was planted in 1971 and is a rugged and difficult to access block giving a small amount of fruit each vintage.  What fruit it does give is best described as powerful, deep and concentrated.  Showing ripe black cherry and black plum with cola spices and tarragon, this single vineyard wine is a bargain for the price.

Round Pond's flagship Estate Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of wild strawberry and cocoa. An exquisite texture and a velvety mouthfeel gives concentrated flavors of ripe raspberry and a hint of blue fruit with warm notes of allspice and black pepper. Carrying notes of strawberry balanced with a touch of coffee, the concentrated palate perfectly summarizes the diverse flavors found on our Rutherford Estate and Oakville vineyards.

Classic Yountville Cabernet Sauvignon in a strong vintage. It’s a graceful wine with an enticing array of earth, herb, and fresh fruit. Aromas of tobacco leaf and black cherry gently fill the glass. The wine expands on the palate with ripe mission fig, tart plum skin and fresh marjoram. A fine silky texture and dark chocolate linger for over a minute.
